during our second meet up for cas project, we continue from where we stop from the previous meeting, continuing doing the transaction. this is follow by doing the recurring entries. recurring entries are quite easy but hard in identifying a certain expenses for recording. We have to flip through the source documents over, to see if we what entries are consider recurring and decide on the date to implement the entries.During the meeting, i give opinion on what unique transaction we should include, identify the recurring entries and decide on keying of the entries.
The hardest part that day was the entry of source document 63-65 and the recurring entries. however i learn that Accpac's recurring entries does saves a lot of time, with it being recurring, users do not have to key in during each period.
