3rd meeting: did AR,4th meeting: set up AP vendor,5th meeting: finish AP, 6th meeting: preparing to answer the theory questions and begin doing the manual GL data entry.

AR was pretty easy as the transactions are pretty much the same and the majority stuffs we need to do,is to key in the description etc. etc.
during the meeting,i was in charge of seeing through the template of source document and identifying the transactions for AR.i also look at the typing to ensure no typing errors are made.
hardest part was perhaps the tedious part of keying in the AR data.

AP,we did the set up of AP and done it pretty fast, thanks to the fast typing skills of yiwei.

the transactions of AP are done pretty fast, since the entries of the data are pretty much the same. credits to yiwei in keying in the entrys fast, peipei in giving the details of AP and me for identifying the source documents that had to be take note of.

we pick up some importants notes from the accounting set book that shows good internal control of the business. the credits goes to yiwei,koonteng and dorothy. while i give opinion that we should just pick up the points and edit it at a later time,since we do not have the notes available today.we move on to manual GL data entry.
however, due to lack of time, we can only complete one transcation.
the thing i learnt,manual GL data entry is going to be so inefficient and tedious as compare to AccPac.
